I’ve done various therapy over the years but seeing Emilia was different to all the others. She genuinely listens, remembers and cares about what you have to say; provoking questions to ask yourself through your journey. Time with her has helped me immensely through a terrible time and recommend her to those looking to seek help, guidance and clarity. Her approach is not only gentle but she identifies when you struggle with words and offers other ways to express yourself which is eye opening.
