Sessions
During our first session, together we’ll talk about what you’d like to get out of counselling and the way we’ll work together.
While I recommend a minimum of six sessions so as to get the best out of the experience, collaboration is key. We will agree the number of sessions as part of our shared agreement.
Endings are a significant part of the counselling work, working towards the final session with care is a necessary part of the experience.
